But in reality this is not true- Your performance is measured against the productive hours and the company requires you to have a minimum of 80% productive hours. Company town halls, sick leave, planned time off are all counted as non productive hours. This basically means you can’t take a break from work. 2. Management only cares about timesheet that needs to be filled on a daily basis. They give more importance to that than the work itself. 3. Salary not competitive. 4. Lot of micromanagement with no clear vision for the future. 5. No Growth. 6. No work life balance 7. Lack of professionalism.
