Ventajas

A good small business with a friendly atmosphere overall. The salary definitely needs work benefits are decent. There are a few people who are genuinely nice and supportive in the workplace and the owner we didn't interact much but when we did it was pleasant. The first 2-3 weeks were relatively manageable.

Desventajas

There is no real structure for training or clear guidance. I received inconsistent answers from two trainers when asking the same technical questions. One trainer/coworker was overly critical of everything i did standing over my desk and insisting on doing things his way while claiming I was wasting time if I didnt. Colleagues frequently speak negatively about each other. I only received feedback when I did something wrong. There was no clear process or support system for employees, especially for minorities. I experienced degrading comments (e.g., being told "where is my brain?") and a dismissive attitude .

Management has done a wonderful job at creating a unique culture that feels genuinely positive.

Desventajas

A lot of employees are remote so not as much in person relationships
