Ventajas

As a member of the tech team working on front end projects, I always felt supported—not just by my immediate colleagues, but especially by the marketing team. I was mostly working with them for the product. They regularly took the time to explain project context, share user insights, and were always open to my suggestions for enhancing UI/UX (Specially Harshit Sharma & Jyoti Swaroop Sir). Weekly sync-ups between tech and marketing ensured my work was aligned with business goals, and I received valuable mentorship on both technical and communication skills. Feeling heard, trusted, and part of a larger mission truly made a difference.

Desventajas

Sometimes tight deadlines—but the inter-team support more than made up for the pressure.
