Ventajas
The products are gorgeous, and thus the company attracts a lot of talented folks willing to work for less than they could make elsewhere. Generally lovely people below the management level.
Desventajas
Lots of talk about "we're all so close here, you're so valued," with very little actual support or respect. They bleed employees because it's hard to stay satisfied with a workplace that treats individuals as disposable unless they have some really amazing outside contcts that the company wants to work with.
