Ventajas

Steady paycheque. Work from home. Respectful environment.

Desventajas

The CSR role is not valued at Insight. This is evident in the paycut that’s recently instated by changing the compensation plan to remove commissioned earnings based on individual efforts and base commissions on the company’s EFO (earning from operations) with a cap on the potential commission. . This change has lead to a 25% gross pay decrease year over year. The position is also actively being outsourced to the Philippines. Contrast this to the CEO pay that went from 6.2 million in 2022 to 10.7 million in 2023.

Ventajas

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Desventajas

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
