      Ventajas

      It's big and so you get some of the natural benefits of that. Onsite healthcare clinic and dining facility for example.

      Desventajas

      What a disappointing adventure this has been. This is one of the cheapest and greediest companies I've ever been around. They frequently block career growth outside of the company and have terrible benefits, especially for a fortune 500 company. If it weren't for the partners spending money and schmoozing reps there would be little hope or positivity.

      Ventajas

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Desventajas

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
