Ventajas

Great people in the branches, Tempe is a joke.

Desventajas

If you have been acquired they way of life you have know will end. They can't decide if they want to provide software/ hardware or services. They have not been able to blend the different sales teams and acquired companies together into one seamless team. They spend a ton to buy their way into new markets and then get rid of what made those companies successful to keep the old guard call center in Tempe happy. Enterprise will never buy over the phone - let them be their own group. Benefits are horrible and pay continues to get worse each year.

Ventajas

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Desventajas

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
