Good support from leadership at all levels. Project Management methodology is strong, and continues to improve. Executive staff seems to care about the people in the organization.
Desventajas
Benefits and 401k match could be better. Promotions and compensation are not great one you are hired. Good resources sometimes leave the company because compensation is low compared to the competition.

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.
Desventajas
Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
