      Offered to help pay for certs and get into servers for great experience

      Desventajas

      Don't promote with in. Pay is below any industry standard. Use it or lose it time off.

      We take all feedback seriously. For career development, we promote more than 50% of our staff internally. Regarding pay, we do review and adjust our compensation levels across positions and regions to ensure they are competitive. We strive to reward our teammates for their contributions.       Ventajas

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Desventajas

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
