      WFH options I like here. Onshore people always helpful. Opportunity to learn and implement Cloud Technology. Adapting AI Tools and working with it internally.

      Ventajas

      Remote work was good, Peers were excellent to work with.

      Desventajas

      Management quality was random and often managers knew less about what was going on with the job than the people they were managing. Difficulty getting vacation scheduled even when planned months in advance.
