      Ventajas

      Small company size resulted in most of management knowing me on a first name basis. Management genuinely seemed to care, even if they did not know how to properly or adequately respond to situations. Employer funded life insurance. Never missed payroll.

      Desventajas

      Health benefit and 401k packages are laughable. General lack of attention to detail. Some management seemed overworked as the company appears to be going through growing pains. No clear pathways for advancement or development within the company. Frequent turnover.

      INNOVIM appreciates feedback from staff.In a recent search for new vendors we received benchmarking that revealed we were at or above competitors benefits in our field. We focus on meeting employees personal needs and that helps our company grow in a responsible and caring way.

      Innovim Inc is a company to watch as they continue to expand. Their work supporting critical areas is top notch. I highly recommend checking out their website to learn about their work and review openings.

      I appreciated the pay check.

      Desventajas

      Poor management. 401k contribution. performance evaluations process. Don't ask about salary increase. No advancement.
