      Ventajas

      Pay was ok, paid holidays off, bonus package

      Desventajas

      The insurance available is very expensive, your vacation time accrues but it’s very difficult to take the time off. The owners call you during and after business hours to discuss issues. Clients aren’t paid as they should be so lots of angry emails and calls made it an even more unpleasant experience.

      Ventajas

      - You can learn a lot very quickly in a very short time - Surrounded with nothing but incredibly smart and driven individuals. - Compensation is well beyond my expectations, and more than suitable. - Exciting projects all across the company that keep you interested and focused.

      Desventajas

      No cons, so far - seriously.
