      Ventajas

      Company culture allows you to excel in the workspace. No micromanagement. Really moving ahead to solidify its desire to be the go-to service provider of choice. Difficult decisions IRT to growth being met head on and tackled.

      Desventajas

      All SBs have normal growth issues but at IR, this is actually a positive. I feel the management is actively trying to keep ahead of the growth and implementing all the processes and procedures that go along with it.

      Awesome management and leaders. Very knowledgeable leaders that have been in the industry for a long time. They are focused on your professional development and really care about employees.
