Ventajas
I have been with Innovative Development for almost two years now, and I have enjoyed every moment of it! The administrative staff has been a pleasure to work with. They do their best to keep their employees in mind. Human Resources and Account Managers visit often just to check up and say hi. ID-LLC has changed a bit since I have started but, the changes definitely benefit us (the employees). The changes that benefit the employees were, 401K matching (certain percentage), lowered the number of years you need to be an employee to acquire more PTO days, and they have also added an employee appreciation program. Yes ID-LLC is a family company; they also treat you as if you were part of the family. Also, the opportunities here are endless! In the two years that I have been here, I have had the pleasure of working for two of their pharmaceutical clients. I just made the switch to one, and I am very happy with where I am at.
I see myself being with Innovative Development for a while, and I am looking forward to it!
Desventajas
Really cant think of any cons, but maybe to start up the team building events again.
With the pharmaceutical company I am currently working at and the one I moved from, and knowing how busy they both can get, I could see how this was forgotten.
