Ventajas
Innovative Computing Systems is well known in the legal industry. It's difficult to say if this will be a pro going forward though, especially when clients realize how many employees have left and the talent that has gone out the door.
Desventajas
Over the past several years this company has been nothing short of a crazy rollercoaster ride, with way more downs than ups. There is very little strategic vision, focus, and the management team has been just terrible. The only place management is driving this company is into the ground. They care very little about doing the right thing for the majority of their employees, especially those working the hardest to make the company a better place. Over and over again promises were made to employees that fell by the wayside. Instead of working to fully understand the issues at hand, either knee jerk decisions were made, or excuses were handed out. Technically this company uses it clients as a test bed way too much. Instead of understanding a technology internally, they use their client’s environment to figure it out causing a lot more pain than necessary. If your thinking about employment here, continue your search for now. Not sure if this company will ever turn around, but now is certainly not the right time to join.
