Ventajas
There are some extremely talented, dedicated professionals that work here. They go the extra mile as a matter of course and deliver added value on nearly every contract the company holds. The Training and Readiness niche the company serves primarily to the US Government is very rewarding work as you can see the results throughout our customer base and they are truly meaningful. Fantastic project teams that make every work day enjoyable makes senior leaderships lack of support that much more tragic.
Desventajas
The company's leadership means well but they have lost focus on their core competency. The vast majority of revenue is from DOD contracts but the executives have become enamored with IOS development and potential commercial work. The existing Project staffs are left to basically fend for themselves as leadership focuses their efforts elsewhere. The mantra "employer of choice" is espoused by management but every opportunity to live up to that standard is missed. There is also a boys club mentality throughout the company, meaning if you are not a developer you are a second rate employee at best.
