Not a lot to mention. Few good people.
Desventajas
They made an announcement of a car allowance. After 5 months it still wasn't implemented, nor could they return my emails.
Top tech was on poor money for his skills and tenure.
Neoview product has very little in house support or training.
Training was lack lustre, no feedback back on works. Just a certificate.
Poor organisation, sent to jobs -
Client not ready, client didn't know, client didn't have the parts.
If you push incomplete works back to an engineer, your labelled as difficult.
Had to chase up my living away from home allowance for a couple weeks to get it paid.
After having my Ute and equipment inspected by a manager and signed off and paid out, they wanted to send me a bill 5 weeks later.
Not sure current management knows what to do.
