If you stay lowkey and quiet, you can get away with alot of things. Some employees are great tho, trauma-bonding fosters friendships
Desventajas
Company direction's lead by AI, changes with every new deck churned out by AI and upper management blames everyone for not understanding when they're unable to even articulate their AI generated decks. Their main language is Mandarin which isn't an issue but they ostracise good performing employees who don't speak the language. Another review pointed out the racism and yup it's real.
