Ventajas
- Plenty of snacks and they refill quite often. - Coffee machine is available. - Got 1 day or 2 day WFH depending on department. Better than nothing I guess. - Pay actually not bad, but also actually not good if you compare workload. - Birthday celebrations are actually quite a big thing in the office. It’s great to celebrate together, and feels good when they celebrate yours too. - Nothing to shout about, but the benefits are decent enough. - Got some really cool coworkers here, honestly, they are the ones making the whole place bearable for me.
Desventajas
- Toxic office politics is a norm. Got some people who like to stir drama between staff for no reason. - You really need to have thick skin here. Management really likes to test your patience and emotional stability. - Favoritism here is bad. If you're not in the "inner circle," good luck la. - Some colleagues are just rude and unprofessional. Then they simply say "I'm just being honest" to gaslight you. - Goyang kaki people are the ones getting rewarded here. If you’re a hard worker, prepare to be ignored and overlooked by management. - Everything is super manual. Zero automation and the company is basically stuck in the stone age. So tedious to do basic things. - Promotes a very toxic workaholic culture. Really bad for your mental health. - Plenty of co-workers who like to play victim when things go wrong.
