I have been here over 4 years and I have learned a ton while growing with the company. More importantly, I know that if I have a concern, leadership is quick to address it and unlike working at a much larger company, they truly listen and take feedback well.

Bad culture and will fire you any small little mistakes, even though they are common. Their unrealistic expectations are ridiculous.
