- Fraudulent methods used to recruit talents like keeping(under the pretext of the verification) your marks cards for indefinite time and refusing to provide an acknowledgement. - Not paying salary on time and full including non-payment without communicating the reason for doing so. - Zero leaves. Only loss of payment leaves - No process whatsoever, no formal communication by Management(absolutely none). All instructions/communication happens orally.

There is no best reason only to work in this organization.

It's a fraud organization, don't spoil your career by joining this company. There are no basic needs like drinking water, Papers & etc.. in the office. You will not learn anything properly there, it's waste of time to join this company even if they provide free training, no trainer will be there to teach you guys, you have to learn by yourself. They will not issue any training/experience certificate letter. If the money goes we can earn again, but not time.
