Ventajas

Working with great colleagues who are very helpful and truly want to help you succeed.

Desventajas

All the training you will receive comes from your colleagues and online training videos. Doesn't quite prepare you for the role. Not much room for growth. There are promises of moving from Sales Development to Inside Sales but even the top performers are overlooked or held back by management from even interviewing.
