Desventajas
- The GCS team comprises of bosses who just have their own favorites or relatives. If you know how to play safe and are in good books to them or have a distant relation with them, you will do wonders. But if you ain't any of these, all that hard work and effort you put is simply a waste. - They go all out for retaining the ones whom they have affinity towards, else they will not even try. - Few bosses make their own assumptions without even knowing the individuals who are not direct contacts and influence other bosses based on it. - They easily think of an intern as a replacement to a tenured employee as they know anyone will learn the same work in days to come. No tech growth at all. You understand this only when you take up interviews outside that there is so much more to learn. - There are reviews here which are from their own HR making it a 4.5 rating, I bet it's not even 3
