9yWe regret that you have a negative view of your former workplace. Since we cannot know how long ago you left, it’s hard to address your comments. A lot has changed, and mostly for the good. Senior leadership has had some changes, but the executive team we have now joined us from blue-chip companies such as Oracle, IBM, SAS, and other firms. Our PTO policy does require your manager’s approval of your requests as it would at any time. As for going private, that strategy has been explained in detail to employees several times: we did so to gain the flexibility required to spur innovation and adapt our organization to the ever-changing world of business solutions. Being publicly-held is just one financial model, and it is appropriate for some businesses but not all. Whether or not we return to the public equity markets is not something about which we would speculate in an open forum.
