      Ventajas

      Good corporate culture with good collaborative mindset across the teams generally speaking.

      Desventajas

      CEO and Exec team are so out of touch with the junior to mid levels of the business. Most of the exec team exist to serve the CEO and operate in a complete bubble from the rest of the business. Full of Yes men and women who won't challenge the CEO view.
