Thanks for the feedback! You've hit on something I firmly believe in: if you want the customer, and in our case, the patient to have an exceptional experience, it starts with a great team and environment. I'm glad you're here, and I hope you find plenty of time for playing hard AND for rest and restoration too. Which is another key issue you hit on: maintaining balance so we can all be at our best as we help patients navigate through tough health care challenges. I welcome any thoughts you have here.
