Lack of planning. Tasks and managers are changing constantly and management is awful. Some of the Senior Staff members are very arrogant and lack empathy when asking for help with scripts that already exist or that they themselves created. They use obsolete programming languages /services and invests lots of time patching this services instead of migrate to modern technologies or innovate.
