Desventajas
They fire you in a very idiotic way, where you are obvious you are getting fired but then they take you to a room and tell you to leave next day. Basically make you work for a few months and then fire you so that they can hire someone else and keep the same salary .
The company is run by some clueless people who has no idea how to manage the workers.
The bosses themselves fight with each other like kids, honestly it's a joke. There are employees who have huge ego issues and you can get fired just for talking what feels right to you.
I would never recommend anyone to actually join this company. And I am not writing this out of spite or anything. It's been months since I got fired. But I am seeing the same pattern my co workers are facing now when I left, and it my duty to warn anyone who decides to joint this company
