No pros as per my experience

Desventajas

First of all I would like to say that don't get fall for the positive reviews as these were posted by the HR and management team only. If you don't want to ruin your mental as well as physical health then please don't join this company. At starting they will try to tempt you by offering good salaries. But soon after your joining you will realize that it was just a scam . You will not get your salaries on time. They will delay your salaries up to 5-6 months and at the end you will just get some partial amount after working 14-15 hours a day and weekends too. Eventually you will resign from this organization and you will keep them sending your mails to HRs and payments dept for clearing your dues but no ones will revert back to you even after you send them a legal notice! Here no one cares about your salary and mental health!! Even CEO doesn't care. What they care about is just work. They want skilled laborers who can work here in free!! I would like to say that don't even think to join this company. For proof you can search over linkedIn where previous employees have posted about what happened with them.

A few technically sound colleagues trying their best despite systemic issues Some learning opportunities if you're early in your career and willing to work without timely pay

Salaries are consistently delayed by several months — in my case, up to 6 months Resign and you risk losing unpaid salary and your experience letter No proper HR process or accountability — queries are ignored post-exit Leadership lacks vision and empathy; all major decisions are top-down with no transparency Toxic environment with micro-management, blame culture, and poor communication Interns and junior staff are exploited — unpaid work is common No structured career growth, zero focus on employee well-being

This is a family run business - Founder, Cofounder and CHO are all related.

Desventajas

Salaries are delayed by 3-6 months. If you quit you forgo the salary and experience letter. A lot of mismanagement and toxic work culture.
