-You are given the opportunity and freedom to learn. I was hired just out of school with no real in job experience in this field. The owner of Intech Solutions gave me a chance to get my feet wet in this industry and I’m forever grateful. Since that time, I’ve gained a world of knowledge and experiences that are helping to create the backbone of my technical knowledge. The help and guidance given by our team here is second to none. From talking out the issue with our service coordinator to escalating issues up to our professional services team, there is never a situation where I feel I can’t reach out for help. -Work environment I’ve had a lot of jobs in my life and they all felt like JOBS! Working at Intech is a career to me. It is fulfilling in so many ways. I love working with technology and that is what I get to do. I love working around people I like and I have that here. It is also nice to work for a company that understands life happens. There is no judgment if you need to leave work early because you get a call from your kids school, have an appointment, or need to work from home. -Growth I’ve worked for Intech for a year and a half. In that time there has been tremendous change in this organization. I can honestly say in the beginning it was a little touch and go and I wasn’t necessarily sold on the direction the company was going or my role in it. Since that time it has been a complete 180. The owners have made it their life’s mission to making Intech a place people want to work for and companies want to do business with. I am glad to have seen and played a part in this change. -Benefits Definitely the most generous company I've worked for. Free lunches it seems like on a daily basis, contests where you can win money, tickets to sporting events, etc. Don’t forget the company match IRA and competitive salary. I could go on listing the reasons why I feel Intech Solutions is a great place to work but the bottom line is that everyone cares about each other here and that makes it a nice place to come to everyday. The majority of your day is spent at work, why not make it a place you love coming to.

Any Con would be so trivial that it would be pointless to list.

- Paid lunch was a nice placement - Having a daily team meeting was something that I enjoyed quite often moving into the field of IT at a young age, as this allowed me to see the standards that should be in place and what can/will be achieved - Appreciated the team effort that this company was striving to provide

- No/little initial training when getting started; This felt similar to an internship, and when I had been onboarded back in 2014/2015, We started immediately with the ticketing system and direction was relatively bleak. I recall needing to image systems for a school/business, and the necessary equipment wasn't available. Everyone was getting ready to leave for the day, and the position had mentioned working from 8:30-5, where I was essentially pressured to stay later, even without having the resources available. Things may have changed, but this is what I recall.
