Ventajas
InTec, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business incorporated in Virginia that serves the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense, among other customers. My hard work and contributions as a Senior Systems Engineer have been consistently rewarded over the years with advancement in seniority, pay, benefits, and responsibilities.
Desventajas
InTec grew to a mid-size company over the last few years, so the rate of advancement and some of the benefits have been nerfed slightly but are still well above the industry standard. The positive side of that transition is a mature, stable company that's in it for the long haul.
