Ventajas

Easily the best welcome to a business I've ever had. This is a global business which thinks globally, acts as one aligned team but manages to make even it's most faraway employees a core part of the team. The business acts fast, is ultra-clear on expectations, has a clear idea of what it stands for and where it wants to be. It has an exceptional high-calibre leadership team who frequently communicate with all staff. I've never had a welcome this good to any new job. Personal note from CEO, welcome calls, 1:1 with HRD, great interview process and a FLAWLESS onboarding process. InMoment expects hard work but in return, calls out good performance, recognises and rewards in a way few other businesses do. Very impressed also with the tools you're given to do a good job. Think of the best cloud app for any given job in any given situation, and the odds are that's exactly what InMoment are using to it's full potential.
