Ventajas
Staff (excluding management) is overall very kind, dedicated, and truly wants to make a difference in the visual arts.
Desventajas
Extremely low pay, just to have management devalue and diminish your self worth. Management likes to preach communication, yet will never be upfront with you about where you stand, or what your role is. Management is EXTREMELY emotionally manipulative. They make their feel terrible in order to make them work harder, will use anything common courtesy they show you against you when they are unhappy. You are expected to "donate" a part of your time to them, basically work without pay for some of your job. I have never been in a work environment where I felt more anxious and self conscious about everything I did. This organization made me feel stupid, like giving me a job was a favor to me, despite the fact that I am collage educated.
