Ventajas
I started out as a part-time counselor and rapidly grew to a much larger role in the company. If you work hard here and can produce, your efforts are recognized and rewarded. This is a fantastic group of people to work with and I could not recommend them more highly. The opportunity to work with a network of people educated at the nation's most selective schools who have worked at a diverse set of companies and studied an incredible breadth of subjects is unparalleled. The hours are very flexible, and if you're good, they'll work with you to make something mutually beneficial work out.
Desventajas
The work is challenging because the standards are incredibly high. They want only the best, and will not be shy about telling you if your work isn't up to par. The client comes first, and that can be tough, but it's how it should be in this business. There are no screamers, and everyone is incredibly polite and constructive with their criticism.
