Ventajas
I have been working at IndepthEngineeringSolution in house since Jan 2016 (almost 8 month), I joined them right after my graduation from school. Once I started my job they gave me a very good training about CAE softwares such as Hypermesh, LS-DYNA,etc which I think was one of mine main achievement from my job till now. The colleagues are very friendly and supportive and you feel like a big family over there. The managers also are very cool and supportive, they totally understand your abilities and based on that they assign task for you, for example at beginning they just assigned me simple meshing stuff and now I am in charge of whole project! Which motivates you to learn and improve your skills more. They are also totally respect the employee’s suggestions about the work environment, for instance recently based on employees requests they totally changed the work hours schedules! I highly recommend them and they are growing very fast!
Desventajas
Payments are a little bit lower than the big companies but based on what I mentioned above it worth it!
