Ventajas

"team-building" events, once in a blue moon are nice.

Desventajas

You will lose years off your life, not worth it. Cutthroat and pit against eachother. Track every second of your day to prove you weren't taking a dump too long, that might cut into profits. Who cares how much you contribute to actual progress and change?

Ventajas

Great company to work for. They care about their employees. They have great goals and will probably accomplished them. The pay is great as well. They give you a car to take home. That's awesome

Desventajas

Getting fired. I wish i was working there again.

There are a few individuals within the organization who demonstrate professionalism and are enjoyable to work with.

Desventajas

The primary concern is a lack of leadership accountability and consistent enforcement of professional standards. There were repeated instances of unprofessional and confrontational communication in the workplace, as well as inappropriate discussions about employees occurring in both private and public settings. These issues were known within leadership but were not meaningfully addressed. Additionally, there is a significant lack of direction, alignment, and consistency within the marketing function, with frequent shifts in expectations and priorities without a clear or cohesive strategy.
