      Ventajas

      excellent opportunities for growth and raises/leveling up provides great incentive, work leaves little time to bond with coworkers so monthly meetings and company events were especially appreciated

      Desventajas

      strict dress code and formatted way of interacting with guests resulting in lack of self expression, constant movement and speaking with only one 10 minute break per 6 hour shift can be exhausting, difficult to secure full time work without having put in years at the company, company culture is well established and can be somewhat cultish

      Ventajas

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Desventajas

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
