No Vision in Quality Management people, They want junior employees to drive everything and if Upper Management questions about anything then they get after the Junior employees why it was not done, when it will be done, Although they never help how the thing should be done, no reviews nothing. 2.Everything is Dev centric QA folks doesnt get much recognition irrespective of what type and kind of work they do.
