      Has benefits and they give u a raise based on when u move in to the next level. would definitely recommend you’ll meet one of the best people in there it’s always fun.

      If your working full time you have have a one closing shift atleast

      Ventajas

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Desventajas

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
