Ventajas

Great vision, great product mission, management before recent acquisition were great.

Desventajas

Management after acquisition inconsistent, a lot of change, stopped caring about their customer base, high amount of product issues

Ventajas

Impero is the combination of two recent acquisitions (Nettop + ContentKeeper). One could argue that the company could have been called either of the 3, as that is really what the organization is: a combination of 3 distinct cultures, products, people. It seems as if 2022 has been focused on aligning those people and processes and it sets the scene for a very interesting 2023+. It is honestly a great organization: people are engaged, supportive and on the journey together. I have been in a number of organizations, but this one might actually become the "big" one. All the right elements are there.

Desventajas

I will be gentle here, but Product. The one thing standing in the way of greatness. There needs to be more attention to the roadmap and products in general. It is impacting partner relationships and too much of the success is depended on product and it is standing in the way of success. Most of the important information is distributed via Slack. It can be really hard to keep up with updates and communication via this media.

Ventajas

Some really great people and everyone is supportive.

Desventajas

Technology wise, not a great product. Very good K12 edu idea, just doesn’t work very well
