      Ventajas

      There are no pros, the company treats you like they own you, no work life balance, no growth, no new technologies, no management, no employee satisfaction, Appraisal process gets more than half a year late and you are expected to live with it.

      Desventajas

      Full of cons, no management, the hr does not follow processes, just do what the management says and without any intimation to the employees, you work day and night just to feel cheated, no overtime payment but they make you Work more than 12 hours and also on Sundays. Without any payment.

      They provide you mattress at night. Helpful in case you have a lot of work and do not have time to travel home.

      Desventajas

      No professional development / No personal development. 0 regards to employee's wellbeing.
