When I joined the company I was told honestly that the company is in a struggling mode. I sensed honesty and sincerity and I took a flyer, and joined Idyllic. I am glad I made that decision, here's why - The owner was focused on one mission - to get the company back on track. And the team was equally committed. The owner devised a concept for a mathematical game, and began coding the back-end. 747 became everyone's passion project - besides working on client projects, everyone put in extra hours for the game. In a short span of a few months, a small team managed to code, design, develop, release and market the game! The game became a viral hit -in just a month after release, the company became profitable! The Phoenix rose again from the ashes. The company was out of money for a while, but never out of inspiration. There were delays in salaries, but the payments all arrived eventually. Besides the money, I gained experiences that are priceless, and associated with people who are truly one of a kind.
