Ventajas
Most of the colleagues were nice and friendly. Some cool projects every now and then. Workplace is cozy(there are nice rooms that you can stay if you come from abroad) but sometimes get's a bit loud. Stray cats outside that you can play with. Most of the artists are trying to get better and push themselves which is great for collaboration and sharing knowledge. ....that's about it.
Desventajas
No management,no organization...feels like a joke to be honest. Bad salaries(even for Greece) and always late with the payment. Also sometimes they actually forget to pay you. Whenever a cool project lands a bunch of people are assigned to the same task so the boss-supervisor can later choose the best version and this leads to more aggravation, bad vibes and confusion. Also while having mostly a strong team of artists that "hold the fort" and can produce great content with the right motivation, the management prefers to hire freelancers to do the creative work and the in-house artists do the "cleaning-up" afterwards. This leads to nothing to put in your portfolio when the project ends because every shot of every project is like Frankenstein... Plus the boss-supervisor while having the last word in everything when the projects get tougher he bails on the team to go on vacation or play with his kids leaving the workforce to sort the problems out on their own. Plus, crunch hours at the end of every project were some of the longest i've experienced because of bad organization and leadership....and unpaid most of the times due to "the crisis".
