      Ventajas

      1. A Construction Company with about 6% annual turnover rate compared to the market rate of 20 to 30%. 2. A ranking system that ensures fair rewards are given to deserving individuals. 3. Succession Planning is being formalized with their Young Leader Programme to ensure that the company is able to continue to strive for better results. 4. Yearly employee engagement survey is being conducted to receive feedbacks from employees. These feedbacks are being discussed actively and those feasible ones will be implemented.
