Ventajas
I would like to start off by saying I gave this company a 1 star rating because Glassdoor would not let me submit this review with a zero star rating. Moving on, below is a list of pros. 1. Starbucks in walking distance. Great 10 minutes to take a walk and decompress. Also, they're very friendly. 2. La Bamba has great breakfast, and cafe con leche 3. There is a parking garage you are able to use when it is raining heavily 4. Quick 5 minute drive to both International Mall and Westshore Mall 5. The Ramada - Great place for HH. Right next door. You'll need to unwind after the day. Everyday. 6. Occasionally there are fire drills, and you get to leave the office for roughly 20 minutes. Now, your managers might try to get you to stay but the building security comes around to each office and makes sure everyone is participating in the fire drill. 7. You get to travel and stay at high end hotels, however your per diem is enough for the vending machines, and you will not have any time to enjoy the resort. 8. You will learn a lot in a short amount of time, but that is because you have no training and you must teach yourself.
Desventajas
It is a great thing that Glassdoor does not give me a limit on the number of characters I can use. Below is a list of Cons. Although they may seem funny, they are 100% factual. 1. MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL AND NON-EXISTENT 2. This is basically a 12 hour shift, don't get this job confused with an ER nurse. Sure you'll be paid hourly for the time you're working, but if you submit OT be prepared to stand on trial. 3. Even though EVERY SINGLE THING YOU DO will go through an approval process thru upper management, if something goes wrong it will be 100% your fault. 4. The Managing Director for the Tampa office will not know your name, or care to know, even after an entire year of working for him. 5. The is no HR Department due to inappropriate relationships amongst upper management 6. When the city is literally shut down due to natural disasters (hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, etc.) you will be expected to show up to the office. If you do not show up, you will be docked PTO. I want to clarify when I say "city literally shut down", I mean schools are closed, government offices are closed, businesses are closed, etc.. 7. PTO is not a real thing. I had to go out of the country with no access to wifi in order to have personal time. 8. No growth within the company. 9. Fake people. If you'd like to meet the most two-faced individual on the planet, join NY ops. If you have morals and value yourself, stay far away. The pay isn't worth anything. I'm sure you can find a company that appreciates you as an employee, and pay you as such.
