Ventajas

- Met some of the funniest, smartest people on the team - The work banter is the only redeeming quality

Desventajas

- Lied to about support role not requiring to push sales - Weird micromanagement and questioning if you dare use the toilet twice in two hours - Long phone calls with IT illiterate people that don't listen - Customers can abuse you all they want - Shady business practices i.e. not disclosing that after 30 day trial you are locked into a 12 month contract - Sales team will straight up lie, or lie by omission when pushing services - Training pretty much throws you off the deep end - High turnover - that should tell you everything
