More automation and innovation are needed to stay competitive. Career progression is limited, with unclear promotion paths and slow growth opportunities. Employees seeking rapid development may feel stuck. Without improvements in workload management, technology adoption, and career advancement, the company risks losing talent to more forward-thinking firms.
