One of the worst mistake of my career. Its not at all a company for freshers and the person in need of money. They believe that you are their slaves as they gave you the job unless you take a stand for yourself. The owner has a mentality of labour contractor,and the management is its family members only, so its like banging your head on a wall, if you complaint about management to him or vice-versa. They took 6 month to clear my dues like pending salary of 2 months and the PF that they deducted from salary every month and didn't deposited in my PF account. They even want you to work for free under their so called "No fees No salary". I have to let go 20k of my pocket used when i was on site,as we have to grovel for the expenses to do their work, so that they will relieve me on time without any difficulty. So moral of the story is please dont get into this trap, or you will be ruining your career if its your 1st one
