Ventajas

honestly there are no pro’s. very toxic environment.

Desventajas

it started out great but they pile more and more work on you for a whopping 50 cents per new region you learn. don’t care about your mental health. 27 dollars an hour to get abused by patients daily, jump through hoops and get held to unreasonable standards. when people want to leave they give you a plastic title to get you to feel important

You get to train with some nice people Coworkers are nice

Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute Team leads not doing any work Micro-managing Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part Acting like they care but don't All talk and no action
