Ventajas

Learnt a lot about radiology and health systems

Desventajas

When I left I was paid out almost 2 weeks of leave because I had such a problem with getting my leave requests accepted. When I was unwell I had to get a medical certificate for every single day and let them know between 6:30am -7am every day I was sick. This was required even when they knew I had outstanding illness. Didn’t know anyone in my team, not even their faces, it was an office of at least 30 people and I never got to know any of them. I could not speak to them during the day as we had such a high work load.

Unrealistic KPIs - monitored to the minute Team leads not doing any work Micro-managing Can't take a break in between calls before the nagging starts Team leads can meet their KPIs because they're doing the easy part Acting like they care but don't All talk and no action
